Payment
MarksOutdoorGear.com gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover through a secure online ordering system. MarksOutdoorGear.com does NOT accept any other forms of payments (e.g. Personal Checks, or Cash).    
Shipping Terms We offer shipping to all 50 continuous United States via UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout. - Shipping insurance is already included.
- Orders are processed within 24-48hrs after payment has been confirmed and shipped within an average of 2-4 business days.
- We do deliver to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
- Sales Tax
A 6.00% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Kentucky. Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges. Warranty and Return Policies! Return Terms
All sales come with MarksOutdoorGear.com 30-day and manufacturer's warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are: For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted. Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. A refund may be issued if replacement is not available. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period. Please send an email to returns@marksoutdoorgear.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
